USD 350.00 per person sharing USD645.00 single supplement www.sanctuarylodgehotel.com
This is the top hotel in the area and the only hotel at the summit. Recommended if you are seriously interested in archaeological ruins and Inca history and wish to spend additional time at Machu Picchu after the day trippers have left. However, the 5* Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel included in our itinerary is a delightful place to stay and the little town of Aquas Calientes worth exploring.

Day 5 – Supplement for 2 nights at Monasterio Hotel in Cusco in standard room www.monasteriohotel.com
USD 250.00 per person sharing USD 495.00 single supplement in Standard Room (these are special rates)
The Orient Express Monasterio is a former monastery built in the 16th century and now one of Peru’s most luxurious hotels. It is situated in the Main Square of Cusco.
The reason that the Monasterio is not included in our itinerary is because of the price. We have selected the 5* Hotel Libertador in Cusco (also housed in a 16th century building), as we have used it in the past and found it to be excellent from the point of view of location, atmosphere, service and price.

Overflight of the Nasca Lines
One or two night packages from Lima.
